Join me, Julie Baker, on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 for yoga. It’s the perfect way to get your yoga on and practice social distancing. Bring your own mat and any props you wish to use. Classes are designed for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. The focus is on creating vitality and resilience through mindful movement, calming the nervous system and supporting the immune system.
