Starting in January as well, our newest fitness and wellness instructor and also Waterways resident, Caitlin Dunlevy will be adding a new dimension to your wellness class offerings! Please warmly welcome her and try out her class style! Caitlin brings multiple forms of fitness into her skill set and class offerings, from Pilates to low impact group fitness classes and more. She will be offering group fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am at the Ridgewood Amenity Center.

Caitlin’s Class Description: Toning, Pilates and Sculpting 15/15/15. This is low impact cardiovascular movement for 15 minutes, combined with 15 minutes of work with tubes and body weight exercises to sculpt you into shape and ending with Pilates and core work to get the best full body results in one workout. Finish off with stretching and set you up for the rest of your day. 45 min workout total. Beginners welcome!

The cost is: $40 for the month (M/W classes, 8 classes total) or $8 for a walk-in.
