With a windows-down and hair blowing in the breeze mentality, Meg’s free spirit radiates in every class. With a heart bursting with creativity, she considers her classes to be an art form, woven with flows that open the body and poetic storytelling that will crack open the heart. Her Vinyasa classes are richly nuanced and her meditations potent. From living, studying, and teaching yoga from Coast to Coast, her aim is to make her teachings abundant with breath-work and seamless movement… true poetry for the body.
Through her creation of class curriculum, development of training material for her Yoga Alliance certified yoga school, Meg’s whimsical and feminine flow landscapes have caught the attention of magazine publications and celebrity clientele. She was named “Savannah’s New Spiritual Leader” in January 2019 by South Magazine.
Meg’s teachings have also been showcased in Savannah Magazine, SCAD Manor, in an upcoming Series on Amazon and Apple TV and she has also trained talent on several films in the city. She provides Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls, guided meditations, flow and restorative yoga practices as well as ballet barre training and Thai Yoga Bodywork. Meg resides in the Low Country in Georgia but travels abroad to teach, lead retreats, and gain inspiration. Move and Be Moved.
