Please join Lifestyle Director, Rebecca Krokoski at 10 AM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on ZOOM from your smart phone, tablet or computer! It is important in this time of pandemic and uncertainty to stay active, blood flowing and breathing deeply. Rebecca has been a wellness and fitness group class instructor since 2001. She is a Yoga Alliance registered and certified Yoga instructor with twenty years and thousands of hours of professional instruction experience. She also has two different group fitness certifications and has combined all of these skills to create a low impact, yet challenging movement and breathwork class just for the residents of Waterways during quarantine. This class will be good for children, adults and seniors offering a fun, laid back yet invigorating class for you to attend from the comfort of your own home. Modifications for three levels of ability will be offered. This class is FREE to attend. Simply download the ZOOM meeting application to your device or computer. The class will be thirty minutes long. Try and gather a Yoga mat, a strap or belt, Yoga blocks or a stack of books, water, a towel, a cleared, clean space of about arms width in your home, a good attitude and you are ready!
Login to ZOOM about 5 minutes ahead of time.
Meeting capacity is 100 people. Rebecca will mute the group once class time starts, but happily take comments and questions at the end of class, each day. Only the presenter will be seen. All those logging in will not have a camera option, for everyone’s privacy.
