Sunday Bootcamp with Jovanna Dukes
Start the week right with bootcamp in Waterways on Sunday mornings at 8:30am.
Classes are led by WW resident and certified instructor, JoVanna Dukes. Each class is designed to be challenging but scalable for all fitness levels. Bootcamp classes are different each week and include both cardiovascular and resistance training along with various high intensity interval training formats. All are welcome!
Classes are available on a drop-in basis – $5 each, payable to the instructor via Venmo, Paypal or cash.
