Joining up with the team of instructors at Waterways, we would like to introduce Therese Day! Therese is a physical therapy assistant here in the local community bringing a dimension of exercise that can improve and transform your daily life as well as build upon your current exercise regimen. With her nationally recognized certifications in personal fitness, fitness nutrition, and exercise therapy we will take control of your balance, posture and core stability, empowering you to create a much safer world within your footsteps.
With a focus on prevention, join us as we cultivate a mind-set of total well-being.
These sessions are intended for those individuals who would like to learn the basics of balance, posture and core stability! Truly a beginners’ program designed to encourage advancement as you progress. Work at your own pace with individualized instruction available upon request!

Weekly Evening sessions starting at 7 pm; $25 per session minimum 5 participants for the group session. If anyone is homebound or wheelchair assisted, I would be more than happy to come to your residence. As a side note; Stability in sitting is just as important as stability in standing.
