RICHMOND HILL, Ga. April 16, 2015, WaterWays Township, a 2,300-acre gated master-planned community in South Bryan County, was recently named "Community of the Year" for their second consecutive year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah (HBAS).
This prestigious award was granted to WaterWays for its comprehensive approach to community development and for consistently building and selling superb residential homes and home sites. The community was also recognized for its dedication to preserving the natural beauty of native coastal vegetation, a key component in the WaterWays Township mission, and for its strategic, multi-layered marketing and communications approach to sharing the WaterWays story.
"It's such an honor to be recognized again by the Homebuilders Association as Community of the Year,'" said Vance Askew marketing director, WaterWays Township. "We are certainly excited about the market's response to our vision for this special place, but it also means a great deal to be recognized by our peers in the industry. The growth of our community has been a total team effort. We are grateful for our dedicated builders who are delivering homes of exceptional quality and value as well as the relationships we've enjoyed with local real estate professionals. With new families moving into the community at an accelerating pace, the creation of new neighborhoods to keep up with market demands, and the opening of our Welcome Center this summer, we're even more encouraged about what's ahead in 2015."
WaterWays Township is one of two communities in the greater Savannah area to be recognized as a multi-year winner of the prestigious "Community of the Year" award by HBAS.
