Marina progress, community awards and so much more - keep reading for your dose of summer at Waterways!
Construction continues at Waterways Marina, which will be the heartbeat of our coastal community before we know it. With dry slip storage spaces, fresh water boat slips, a Savannah Square Park, a curated collection of quaint retail shops and casual dining, and an impressive amenity center for residents, we are all looking forward to the day when we can meet the neighbors at Marina Village for a day on the water or a casual evening cocktail.
Have you seen Harbor View Drive, the scenic road with glistening water views that leads to Waterways Marina? Now open for our residents to enjoy for a walk, run or bike ride! Residents, enjoy the views, and share your photos with us by tagging them #livewaterways!
Waterways is proud to share that we are the recipient of several recent honors:

Meet Meredith Wood, otherwise known as the “Chaos Coordinator” – a Waterways resident and owner of Organized Chaos – a company that offers residential and commercial professional organizing services in the coastal areas of Richmond Hill, Savannah and beyond. Meredith brings calm to your chaos – and who doesn’t love an organized home and office?
Whether you want Organized Chaos to organize for you, or you’d like to make it a team effort, Meredith can help. She’ll help you decide what to organize, declutter, purge, donate or keep – whether in your home, office, closet, playroom, garage – you name it. Plus, they’ll leave you with tools to help maintain it all – which we all know we need!
What drew Meredith to starting this company? First off, she simply loves to organize and finds it therapeutic. With a degree in therapeutic recreation, Meredith truly specializes in utilizing activity-based interventions to improve mental health and well-being, and wants to help other people decrease stress and anxiety by keeping their homes in their control.
Living in Waterways since 2014, the Wood family moved to Richmond Hill from Atlanta – and they were drawn to Waterways for its proximity to deep water, the natural preservation and beautiful landscaping. Meredith and her husband, Chris, have two sons and three dogs. What do they love most about the community now? Neighbors who have become family, along with the outdoor opportunities like biking, fishing, kayaking, and even the newly opened dog park.
